The same has been true for me I used to live under such intense stress. I couldn’t sleep all I thought about day and night was how hard life was and how to try and fix it, and the pressure from that stress was killing me. The LOA has taught me how to let go of all that and live in the moment knowing the rest will work out to my advantage somehow in the end, and that magic happens so everything’s gonna be ok if I keep the faith 😉
