But definitely following up after an interview is very key. Always send a thank you email a few hours after the interview, call back 2 days after to follow up (dont just wait form them to follow up regardless of what they say YOU must always follow up). My role is 2 times a week one email one phone call follow up until they tell you the job is filled. Being persistent always wins out, the worst they can say is the job is filled and you didn’t get it. I’ve gotten most of my favorite jobs by being more persistent then the other guy.
